Terms & Conditions
- Tickets are pre-bookable online and by phone on 16th July 2025 or from our Box Office from 24th September 2025. For details on how to book please see www.chelseaheritagequarter.co.uk/events or call 0131 226 0014.
- Ticket purchases will be confirmed via email and an e-ticket issued
- Ticket sales are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable
- No refunds or discounts will be given for whole or partial events not attended
- Resale of tickets purchased for profit or financial gain will result in seizure or cancellation of that ticket(s) without refund or other compensation
- Tickets cannot be used for unauthorised 3rd party competitions
- The Chelsea History Festival reserves the right to:
- 1. Cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances outside of its control. In these circumstances a full refund will be issued to the ticket holder
- 2. Change a venue, speaker or event content due to unforeseen circumstances outside of its control. In these circumstances’ refunds will be issued to the ticket holder, upon request
- 3. Refuse entry to the event if it is deemed that the ticket holder is not meeting the terms and conditions
- 4. Ask anyone to leave an event if the terms and conditions are not being adhered to
- 5. A £2 booking fee will be applied to all bookings made, with the exception of free events.
Chelsea History Festival 2025: Ticketing Terms and Conditions of Entry
- When entering an event, a valid ticket must be presented, either a printed ticket or e-ticket on a mobile device.
- Mobile phones, pagers and watches must be silenced before entering an event
- Unauthorised use of camera, video camera or any other sort of recording equipment is strictly forbidden at any event
- Smoking is prohibited in all of our festival venues; this includes the use of E-Cigarettes and personal vaporisers
- Some events may be filmed or recorded, buying a ticket affirms your consent
- Attendees must ensure that all personal belongings are kept with them at all times; the Chelsea History Festival will not accept any responsibility for the loss of possessions at any of our venues
- Please adhere to the age range specifics for children’s and family events
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible person aged 16 or over
- The Chelsea History Festival maintains a safeguarding policy but cannot take responsibility for unsupervised children
- Where permitted any child over the age of 2 needs their own seat to any of our talks
